Changing your USPS postage payment method on the SendPro Mailstation
You can fund postage on your SendPro Mailstation using a credit card, a Purchase Power Account, or a Reserve Account. The process to change your postage payment depends on which method you currently use:
Credit card
If you currently use a credit card as your postage payment method, and you wish to change to a different credit card or update your current credit card information, then you can make these changes in PitneyShip.
To add, change, or edit your credit card, log in to PitneyShip using the same credentials used during the SendPro Mailstation installation. If you need to locate the email address that was used when installing the SendPro Mailstation, refer to Locating the email address for your SendPro Mailstation. After you have logged in, follow the instructions for Managing your payment methods.
If you currently use a credit card and wish to change to Purchase Power or a Reserve Account, please chat with us.
Line of Credit (Purchase Power Account)
If you currently use a Line of Credit (Purchase Power Account) and wish to change your payment method, please chat with us.
Deposit Account (Reserve Account)
If you currently use a Deposit Account (Reserve Account) account and wish to change your payment method, please chat with us.
