Tracking a shipment in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, or ShipAccel

You can view tracking information for packages sent through PitneyShip Pro in your history.

You can view tracking information for packages sent through PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, or ShipAccel in your history.

  1. Go to the History page:
    • If you’re using ShipAccel, select Shipping > Shipping & Postage History.
    • If you’re using PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise, select Shipping & Mailing > Shipping & Postage History.
  2. Click on the tracking number to view the tracking details.

  3. (Optional) Select the Copy Tracking Number icon to copy the tracking number to your clipboard so that you can paste it somewhere else.

    Note: If there is no tracking number, then the item did not include tracking. Tracking availability is based on the carrier and service used for the shipment.
