Set the Differential Weighing weight threshold to a lower weight if the message Weight removed less than threshold appears.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (8H00, 9H00)
Issue
The message "Weight removed less than threshold. Please check your settings" appears when using Differential Weighing.
Cause
The Differential Weighing weight threshold is set too high.
Resolution
Set the Differential Weighing weight threshold to a lower weight.
