Tracking a shipment in ShipAccel
You can view tracking information for packages sent through ShipAccel in your history.

You can view tracking information for packages sent through ShipAccel in your history.
Tracking from the Order screen
- When viewing an order in the sidebar or the full-page order view, click on the tracking number.
- Click the X in the upper right corner to close the tracking information.
Tracking from the History screen
- Select Shipping > Shipping & Postage History.
- Click on the tracking number to view the tracking details.
- (Optional) Select the Copy Tracking Number icon to copy the tracking number to your clipboard so that you can paste it somewhere else.
Note: If there is no tracking number, then the item did not include tracking. Tracking availability is based on the carrier and service used for the shipment.
