Tracking a shipment in ShipAccel

You can view tracking information for packages sent through ShipAccel in your history.

You can view tracking information for packages sent through ShipAccel in your history.

  1. Select Shipping > Shipping & Postage History.
  2. Select the tab for the type of history you wish to view.
  3. If needed, use the filter menus and search box at the top of the list to find the item you wish to track.
  4. Select the arrow next to the item you wish to track to expand it.

  5. Click on the tracking number to view the tracking details.

  6. (Optional) Select the Copy Tracking Number icon to copy the tracking number to your clipboard so that you can paste it somewhere else.

    Note: If there is no tracking number, then the item did not include tracking. Tracking availability is based on the carrier and service used for the shipment.

Tracking ERR Shipments

ERR tracking is not available in ShipAccel. Electronic Return Receipts and digital signatures must be obtained from the USPS website.

  1. Go to the USPS Tracking page.
  2. Enter the tracking number of your label. You can find it in your ShipAccel history.
  3. Provide your email address as requested.
