Paying your Pitney Bowes invoices

You can pay your Pitney Bowes invoices in different ways. The payment options are automatic payments, one-time online payments, ACH bank transfers, and mailing a check.

Pitney Bowes offers several convenient ways to pay your Lease, Purchase Power (line of credit), or Rental/Supplies/Service invoices. This guide explains each payment option, its speed, and how to complete your payment.

Pay online (ACH or Credit Card)

Fastest and recommended

  1. Sign in to Your Account.
  2. Select Billing → View & Pay Bills.
  3. Choose one bill (Pay) or multiple (Make a Payment).
  4. Select the payment date.
  5. Pick or add a bank account.
  6. Select the amount → Review → Submit Payment.

Important notes

  • Payments after 4:30 PM ET process the next business day.
  • Posting can take up to 2 business days.
  • Credit card payments may include a fee up to 3%.

Set up AutoPay (recurring payments)

Avoid missed payments by automating your billing.

  1. Sign in to Your Account.
  2. Choose Billing → AutoPay
  3. Choose Enroll for the account.
  4. Complete each field → Enroll Now.

Make a bank transfer (ACH or Wire)

For companies that prefer direct banking transfers, use the correct account details by invoice type and email remittance to payment.info@pb.com. Payments apply within 2 business days.
