Due to increased demand, if you receive an error when confirming your rate update, we recommend you either:
- Repeat the rate update steps. If there is no update available, your meter is up to date and the new rates will activate on Jan 26.
- Alternatively, wait 24 hours and try again.
- Print a summary report from your meter:

Rate updates may require a 2nd connection on or after the effective date to activate the new rates and post mail. Your meter will display a connection message if needed, to remind you.
