When attempting to use the Pay Purchase Power with your Reserve Account or Transfer Funds to Purchase Power areas of pitneybowes.com, the error message No Purchase Power Accounts Associated with the Account is displayed.
There is a configuration issue with your Purchase Power account.
To resolve the configuration issue with the Purchase Power account, contact us. It is important to recognize that changing the configuration of your Purchase Power account can change your Pitney Bowes billing. If you are using both Pitney Bowes Reserve Account and Purchase Power, the configuration change would result in you no longer receiving Reserve Account statements. Instead, both your Purchase Power and Reserve Account activity would display on your Purchase Power billing.
Another option would be to remove the funds from the Pitney Bowes Reserve Account using the Refund Request Form
