Filtering e-commerce orders in the PitneyShip mobile app

To help locate specific orders, you can use a variety of filtering options.

 To help locate specific orders, you can use a variety of filtering options.

  1. Tap Orders.
    Orders tab
  2. Tap Filter.
  3. Select your desired filtering options.
    • Filter by date: To change the date range shown, tap one of the preset options or tap Custom range and input your date range.

    • Filter by shipment: To filter by shipment status, tap Ready to Print or Not Ready to Print.

    • Filter by store: To select orders from a specific e-commerce store, tap Amazon, Shopify, or eBay.

  4. To clear your filtering options, tap Clear.
  5. Once you have selected your desired filtering options, tap Done.
