The email to reset a password was not received

Instructions on how to assist a client when they have reset their password but not received the password reset email.


The email to complete a password reset was not received. 


  1. Check your email junk or spam folder and perform a search for the email address
  2. Have the email address added to your address book and reset the password again.
  3. Have added to their approved recipient list. 
  4. If the email still cannot be located, please chat with us.
