The email to reset a password was not received

Instructions on how to assist a client when they have reset their password but not received the password reset email.

Issue

The email to complete a password reset was not received. 

Resolution

  1. Check your email junk or spam folder and perform a search for the email address transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com.
  2. Have the email address transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com added to your address book and reset the password again.
  3. Have transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com added to their approved recipient list. 
  4. If the email still cannot be located, please chat with us.
