Using scanner diagnostics on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Use Scanner Diagnostics to verify what is being read by the barcode scanner without having to print mail.

1. Select Settings from the Home screen.
2. Select System.
3. Select Scanner Settings.
4. Select the Scanner Diagnostics tab.
5. Scan the barcode. The values of the barcode appear on the screen. For example, the Account name, Scan type, Prefix and Value.
6. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
