If further support is required, create a case via your online account. Your request will be sent directly to one of our Field based Engineers who will aim to contact you within 2-4 hours. If the Engineer is unable to fix the issue over the phone, a site visit will be scheduled.
Important: There may be a charge if your equipment or the fault is not covered by a Service Agreement. Your Engineer will advise before attending if applicable.
