Important news about your Pitney Bowes account.

Pitney Bowes is undertaking system and process changes that will provide you with a more seamless experience and make it easier to manage your business with us. These changes will take place in Canada in early October.

We want to make sure there is no disruption to your business as part of this process and to ensure that you are ready to take advantage of these new efficiencies when we go live in October. 

You can prepare now by reviewing the information in this section carefully. 

A better way to manage your online account

We are launching an enhanced online experience where you can take care of all your account management needs in one place. When you register on pitneybowes.com/ca after we go live in early October you can:

  • Order and re-order supplies

  • View your products

  • Manage your account details and profile

  • Open a new support inquiry or view active and historical inquiries

  • Starting in December, view and pay your bills online with our new capability

Get ready to pay your bill and manage your PB account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when our new enhanced online experience goes live in December.

Your account number has changed

You have been assigned a new account number that will streamline access to your account information and make it easier for you to manage your business with us.

Keep an eye out for your new account number arriving with your first Pitney Bowes invoice starting in October.

When you receive your invoice with your new account number, register for our enhanced online experience and become familiar with our new features. Starting in December, view and pay your bills online with our new capability.

Please refer to your new account number when making payments.

NOTE: This change does not affect the account number used for PB Postage (PBP).

Place orders and refill your postage meter early

Supply orders placed during our system cutover will be saved and processed immediately after we go live.

In early October, during the cutover weekend, there is a very small window of time when you may not be able to refill your postage meter.

To avoid delays, place your supply orders and refill your postage meter prior to September 28.

An improved billing experience

We’ve simplified your invoice with new features designed to help you find detailed information about all your Pitney Bowes products and services in an easy-to-read format.

Look for your enhanced billing and account information arriving with your first Pitney Bowes invoice starting in October.  Get a sneak peek at our simplified invoice. (part 1 and part 2)

When you receive your invoice with your new account number, register for our enhanced online account experience and become familiar with our new features. Starting in December, view and pay your bills online with our new capability.

Avoid payment processing delays and potential late fees by including your new account number and payment stub located at the bottom of your invoice.

Billing cycle and notifications changes.

As a result of our system upgrades and enhancements the following lease-specific changes will occur:

  • We are delivering your invoices earlier to you. Your due date remains the same. 
  • Your invoice will reflect your current charges only. The previous format included both current charges and any other remaining open items.
  • Full account balance and payment history can be found online at any time.
  • Past due notifications will include all outstanding items and late fees.
  • Your payment address by mail has not changed.

We are in the process of updating our system to provide you with a more seamless account management experience and make it easier to manage your business with us.  The system cutover will take a few weeks to complete.

As a result of the system update your current auto payment will not be processed and you will need to send a cheque payment for the next due date.

  • To avoid any disruptions, please remit a cheque to the address below if you have a payment due in November. 
  • When our cutover is complete, we’ll send you instructions on how to enroll for auto payments on the pitneybowes.com web site. 

To ensure accurate processing, please include the payment stub located at the bottom of the invoice when making a cheque payment.
