Changing your account name for SendPro Online

If needed, you can change your SendPro Online account name, which is used to identify the account on reports.
Products affected: SendPro® Online

Your SendPro Online account name appears in the upper right corner of the SendPro screen and is used to identify the account on reports. It is usually your first and last name, but it can be anything you want, such as an office location. If needed, you can change it. This is not the same as your username.

  1. Sign in to
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select SendPro Profile.
  4. Select the Change link in the Name section.
  5. Enter the new name in the First name and Last name boxes.
  6. Select Save.
