Printing a shipping label on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

You can print a Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or FedEx shipping label from the Print Shipping Label button or from within the Address Book

You can print a Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or FedEx shipping label from the Print Shipping Label button or from within the Address Book.

Once you provide the information in one section, select the down arrow on the right side of the screen to proceed to the next section. To go back to a previous screen, select the up arrow on the right side of the screen. As you create the label, your progress appears along the bottom of the screen.

  1. On the Home screen, tap Print Shipping Label.
  2. Tap the carrier you want to use.
  3. If you are using Cost Accounts you must assign a cost account for this label. Select the down arrow in the Cost Account section at the top of the screen and choose the account.
  4. Enter the recipient's address using one of two methods:
    • Type in the recipient's address in the fields provided. SendPro MailCenter supports typeahead so that if the name or part of the name is already in the address book, it will display the matching address(es).
    • Tap the Address Book icon.
      1. Scroll through the list of addresses or use the search field. Select a search option (search by name, company, email.) Tap the down arrow in front of the search field.
      2. Select the recipient, then tap OK.
  5. (Optional) To email the tracking number to recipients, senders or both when you print the shipping label, check the check box in front of Email the tracking number.
    • Enter the email address in the field provided. To add more than one email, press the Enter key after each address. The email address is labeled as either sender or recipient.
  6. Select the down arrow on the right side of the screen to continue.
  7. At the Enter Packaging Details screen, select the package type:
    • Box
    • Envelope
    • Mailing Tube
    • Unpackaged
  8.  Enter the package size and weight information.
  9. Select the down arrow on the right side of the screen to continue.
  10.  Tap Continue and enter the shipping package information in the Choose Your Packaging screen.
  11. Select the carrier and rate you want to use. Tap the Carrier Account menu to select which carriers you want to use for rate shopping.

  12. If necessary, you can select the down arrow on the right side of the screen to add extra services. When you finish selecting the shipping services, the total cost for the shipping label appears at the bottom of the screen.
  13. Tap Print. This opens his opens the Label Options screen which allows you to define how you want to print the label.
