Now your package recipients can manage their packages a whole lot easier. Introducing the new ParcelPoint Smart Locker Mobile App, designed to give full control over their package pick-up, anytime, anywhere.

New Kiosk Screen Design
Your new Kiosk Screen has been redesigned. You will notice a new look with the options to Scan your ID or Enter in your Code Manually listed across the bottom of the screen.
If an RFID Reader is installed on your locker, the screen will also include the option to “Tap Your ID”

Your handheld Tracking Assistant device or PitneyTrack mobile app allows you to scan barcodes, log receipts, reserve lockers, and even generate tracking numbers for items without barcodes—right at the locker. Adding RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to the ParcelPoint Smart Locker kiosk allows easy package pick-up with a scan of an employee or student badge. It adds an extra layer of security by ensuring only users with the correct credentials can access their packages or items within the compartment, reducing the risk of theft or unauthorized access. This secure method enhances convenience and overall efficiency.

Day Use Enhancement
