HEADLINE ENHANCEMENTS

The following headline enhancements have been implemented in SendPro Enterprise:

New App. Desktop Shipping.

A new app 'Desktop Shipping' has been aded. Additionally, the names of the Desktop App’s workflows have been updated for clarity.

DHL eCommerce API. Added new carrier.

New carrier 'DHL eCommerce API has been added. To inquire about implementation, contact Pitney Bowes support.

Apps. Replaced workflow buttons.

Apps now feature a green PRINT button to conclude a shipment or requisition.

Rate Shop. Results now display package types.

The Rate Shop Results popup now shows the offered services’ package types.

Apps. Added SendPro Enterprise support information.

Support information has been added to the top level navigation in all Apps, including links to support sites, contact information and Client BPN number.

 

APPS

The following changes have been implemented for SendPro Enterprise Apps:

Desktop

  • Support for new Desktop Shipping App.
  • Amended default rate group logic.
  • Rate Shop. Results now display package types.
  • Improvements to Request Email Notification functionality.

Mailcenter

  • Returns. Added missing field mapping.
  • Rate Shop. Results now display package types.
  • Improvements to Request Email Notification functionality.

View

  • Extended support for BPOD.
  • Added proxy support for the Deliv carrier.
  • Updated Address fields display.

Stamps

  • Amended Extra Services dropdown.

Deliv Same Day

  • Updated time field.
  • Improvements to Request Email Notification functionality.

Desktop Shipping

  • New App

 

OTHER CHANGES

The following other changes have been implemented in SendPro Enterprise:

USPS. Removed Third Party Billing Option.

Removed the unsupported billing type, Third Party Billing, for USPS.

Stamps App. Amended Extra Services dropdown.

The Insured Mail extra service can now be added without error, where previously the dropdown would close if operating in Internet Explorer 11.

Settings. Updated Maximum Password Age configuration.

Now, if Maximum Password Age is set to 365 days or more, it indicates that the password should not expire. Values above this number will no longer be checked by the system. To inquire about implementation, contact Pitney Bowes support.

Reports. Amended User field display.

The User field has been removed from reports that do not support user data.

Reports. Cost Center Chargeback.

Resolved date issue. You can now generate the Cost Center Chargeback report using the same date as both the Start and End date. Previously, this caused certain transactions to be missed from the report.

MailCenter App. Returns.

Added missing field mapping. The Country field is now correctly mapped when operating with alternative return addresses.

View App. Extended support for BPOD.

Added an Upload button to the View App’s Proof of Delivery tab, enabling you to manually upload a BPOD (bulk proof of delivery) file in instances where automatic upload fails.

Carrier Service snippet. Updated carrier and rate group handling.

The snippet no longer errors if loaded when carrier or rate group detail hasn’t been configured. Additionally, it will now load carrier service and rate group information in separate requests.

Outputs. Added Address field mappings.

The third address line is now correctly mapped, and displays on all appropriate outputs.

Apps. Improvements to Request Email Notification functionality.

The following improvements have been implemented:

  • Email notification requests are now sent through the carrier's email system.
  • If a carrier supports the Request Email Notification Special Service then the Request Email Notification When Delivered checkbox will be visible in the MailCenter and Warehouse Apps.
  • Redundant Request Email Notification When Delivered checkbox has been removed from Deliv Same Day App and Certified Mail App.

Outputs. Improved error handling.

A number of changes have been made to the Document Request to ensure that errors are now returned if documents fail to generate.

View App. Updated Address fields display.

The View App now displays all Address fields correctly.

Carriers. Deliv. Added proxy support.

If configured, a proxy will now be used when operating with the Deliv carrier. Additionally, several other changes have been made to ensure Deliv’s responses are in line with other carriers.

Deliv Same Day App. Updated time field.

The Deliv Same Day App's Pickup After Time field is now in 24-hour format.
