Making a deposit to your USPS Trust account

You can make deposits to your USPS trust account using different methods. The payment options are automatic payments, ACH bank transfers, and mailing a check.

You can add funds to your USPS Trust account using several convenient options, including ACH (Credit) bank transfers, wire transfers, or by mailing a check to the lockbox location nearest you.

Please note: All prepaid funds deposited into a USPS Trust account are securely maintained by Pitney Bowes.

To make a deposit to a USPS trust account you will need your 8-digit USPS Trust account number. Your USPS Trust account number can be found under Prepaid accounts in Your Account:

  

You can make a deposit using one of the following methods. For the quickest processing of your payment into your USPS Trust account, please include your 8‑digit PB Postage™ Account number in the remittance details.

Set up recurring ACH deposits

You can prepay for postage funds using a USPS Trust account. To use this method, complete and fax the Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization Agreement for ACH Debit form and email it to [email protected] with a voided check or bank letter.

Make a one-time ACH or wire deposit

Deposits made after 3:00pm ET will be processed on the next business day and can take up to 2 business days to be reflected on the account.

Mail a check

Make checks payable to USPS®, United States Postal Service, or CMRS-PB. The remit-to address is based on geographic location. You may send your check to the nearest USPS® lockbox.
