How to restart SendSuite Tracking and SendSuite Arrival services in Windows 7

To restart SendSuite® Tracking and SendSuite® Arrival® services in Windows 7:
  1. Select the Windows Start icon.
  2. In the search box, type services.msc.
  3. Select services.msc.
  4. Under Services (Local), locate the following services, click once on each service to select it, then select Restart or Start:
  • For Arrival 9.7, start/restart the services ArrivalConduit and ArrivalServerAdapter.
  • For Arrival 9.61 and below, start/restart the services ArrivalConduit, ArrivalServerAdapter, and Decisionpoint Terminal Server.
  • For SendSuite Tracking, start/restart the services ArrivalConduit, ArrivalServerAdapter, Decisionpoint Terminal Server, and DP_IIS_LoadBalancer.
