To restart SendSuite® Tracking and SendSuite® Arrival® services in Windows 7:
Select the Windows

In the search box, type
services.msc

Select

Under
Services (Local)
, locate the following services, click once on each service to select it, then select
Restart
or
Start
:
For Arrival 9.7, start/restart the services
ArrivalConduit
and
ArrivalServerAdapter
.
For Arrival 9.61 and below, start/restart the services
ArrivalConduit
,
ArrivalServerAdapter
, and
Decisionpoint Terminal Server
.
For SendSuite Tracking, start/restart the services
ArrivalConduit
,
ArrivalServerAdapter
,
Decisionpoint Terminal Server
