Products affected: Intelligent Locker LX Series
You can deliver a package to an Intelligent Locker LX Series locker at the kiosk.
- To deliver a package at the locker kiosk, tap EMPLOYEE ACCESS on the kiosk screen.
- Enter your employee access code in the Input Your Employee Access Code field.
- Scan the barcode using the scanner below the kiosk, or enter the barcode number in the Input Order Number field.
- The system displays the Access Locker screen and opens the locker door.
- Place the package in the locker, close the door, and return to the kiosk.
- If the package does not fit and you need to select another locker:
- Tap Does not fit.
- Tap on the new locker size.
- To deliver another package, tap Make Another Delivery and repeat from step 3.
- When you are finished delivering packages, tap Exit.
- If you need to re-open the locker for any reason, tap Re-open Locker. You can re-open the locker as long as you do so before it times out. The mailroom administrator sets the time-out period.
