Adding a contact when receiving or delivering a package in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can add a contact when receiving or delivering a package.
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound

You can add new contacts - senders or recipients - to the address book while receiving or delivering packages.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Adding a sender when receiving or delivering a package

If Multiple Receive is enabled:

  1. On the Receive Packages or Deliver Packages, after entering the tracking number, select the edit icon next to it.

  2. Select the + icon next to the Sender field.

  3. Enter the sender's Name.
  4. Select Save.

If Multiple Receive is not enabled:

  1. On the Receive Packages or Deliver Packages screen, type the name into the Sender field.
  2. If the Sender is not found, select the + icon next to the Sender field.

  3. Enter the sender's Name.
  4. Select Save.

Adding a recipient when receiving or delivering a package

  1. On the Receive Packages or Deliver Packages screen, type the name into the Recipient field.
  2. If the recipient is not found, select the + icon next to the Recipient field.

  3. Fill in the recipient's details and select the desired options.
  4. Select Save and Close.
