Adding a contact when receiving or delivering a package in PitneyTrack Inbound
You can add a contact when receiving or delivering a package.

You can add new contacts while receiving or delivering packages.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
Adding a sender when receiving or delivering a package
- On the Receive a package or Deliver a package screen, type the name into the Sender field.
- After entering the tracking number, select the edit icon next to it.
- Select the + icon to add the contact.
- Select Save.
Adding a recipient when receiving or delivering a package
- On the Receive a package or Deliver a package screen, type the name into the Recipient field.
- After entering the tracking number, select the edit icon next to it.
- Select the + icon to add the contact.
- Fill in the contact's details and select the desired options.
- Select Save and Close.
