Assigning layout formats to Android Tracking Assistants in SendSuite Tracking

You can assign receiving and delivery formats to Android Tracking Assistants per user.

1. Sign in to the SendSuite Admin page.
2. Select Setup.
3. Select SendSuite Mobile > Layout assignments.
4. From the Layout menu, choose the format you wish to assign. The Available users and Users assigned to layout fields will populate with users.
5. Choose a user under Available users and use the arrow to move them to Users assigned to layout,
6. Select Save,
7. To verify that the user is assigned, look them up under Users in SendSuite Admin. They should have a check mark in Formats for the assigned format.
