Charges for leased equipment are billed based on your contract terms. Each invoice reflects charges for the current billing period.

  1. Important messages from Pitney Bowes
    • Displays key updates and helpful information about your invoice and account.
  2. Invoice details
    • Includes your account number, invoice number, billing period, invoice date, and total amount due.
  3. Summary of charges
    • Provides a summary of charges for the current billing period.
      • If you have multiple contracts or locations, all charges will be summarized here.
      • Detailed charge information may continue on the following page(s).
  4. Remittance slip
    • Include this slip with your payment when paying by check.
    • If paying by ACH or wire transfer, be sure to include your account number in the payment details.

Note: If you see a ‘DO NOT PAY’ watermark on your invoice, no action is needed—your lease payments are already set up on AutoPay.
