How to Setup, Modify, or Remove Automatic Payments

AutoPay allows you to set up automatic payments. If you have more than one account, accounts must be set up individually. You will need to create an online account to set up and manage AutoPay.
 
Use the step by step instructions below, or select the Go to button to quickly access your online Billing Preferences:
 
  open tab Go to AutoPay

 

Set up an automatic payment
  1. Sign In to Your account online.
  2. From the Your Financials section select the Billing Preferences button.
  3. Select the Enroll button for the account you want to set up on AutoPay
  4. Complete each section, then select Enroll Now.

Modify an automatic payment
  1. Sign In to your account online.
  2. From the Your Financials section select Billing Preferences.
  3. Select the Edit Settings for the automatic payment you want to modify.
  4. Make the required changes, then select Save Settings.
Note: Only the individual who set up AutoPay for this account may edit the settings.

Stop an automatic payment
  1. Sign In to your account online.
  2. From the Your Financials section select Billing Preferences.
  3. Select Edit Settings for the automatic payment you want to stop.
  4. Select Stop AutoPay in the bottom right hand corner.
Note: Only the individual who set up AutoPay for this account may edit the settings.
