Charges for supplies, rental, or service are billed to your Pitney Bowes account. Each invoice reflects charges for the current billing period.

- Includes your account number, invoice number, billing period or order date, invoice date, and total amount due.
- Summary of charges
- Provides a summary of charges for the current billing period.
- If you have multiple contracts or locations, all charges will be summarized here.
- If an invoice includes multiple contracts or orders, each will be itemized in its own subsection.
- Provides a summary of charges for the current billing period.
- Remittance slip
- Include this slip with your payment when paying by check.
- If paying by ACH or wire transfer, be sure to include your account number in the payment details.
