If you have a preset for USPS Retail Ground, First-Class Package, or Parcel Select Ground, you must delete the old present and create a new preset to use the inscription for USPS Ground Advantage on your on the DM300C-DM475.
You can use USPS Ground Advantage™ service to send packages up to 70 lbs in 2-5 business days on the DM300C-DM475.

Refilling Postage
Please chat with us to resolve error code 11 or 16 on the mailstation, mailstation2, DM100i, DM125, DM200L, DM225, DM300C, DM400C, DM450C, DM475, and DM Infinity.
Error 7 occurs when your meter does not refill. Restart your meter to resolve this issue.
