Removing funds from the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Your device has a different accounts for the Envelope Printing application and the Trackable Labels. Funds must be removed from each account separately.
To remove funds from one or both of your accounts, contact Pitney Bowes support using the Contact Us options below. Have your model and serial number ready.
If you cannot connect to Pitney Bowes through your meter, or if you have a blank screen, you may not be able to transfer your funds to your account. Return your meter to Pitney Bowes, and your funds get credited to your account within 6 to 10 business days after Pitney Bowes receives your meter.
