To request a copy of your contract / agreement please submit a request by creating a case online.
Step-by-Step:
- Login to Your Account
- Scroll down to Support Cases widget and select Create a Case
- Select Account Support then Contract Details
- Select your contract type Lease or Rental
- The case creation page will give you the option to review your contract details online. If you still require a copy of your contact/agreement select the No, I'd like to create a case option at the bottom of the page.
- Select the desired Account Number from the drop down
- Please be sure to include the contract# and any other pertinent information in the case details field.
- Select the Submit button; a confirmation page with your case reference number will be displayed.
