Viewing the PB Shipping API USPS Automated Package Verification (APV) adjustment charge report in SendPro Enterprise

Starting Feb. 11, 2019, the PB Shipping API USPS carrier will apply Automated Package Verification (APV) adjustments to the prepaid postage funding account.

To view the adjustment charges:

  1. Go to the Reports App.
  2. Select PB Shipping API - USPS.
  3. Select Postage Adjustment Report.
  4. Enter start and end dates.
  5. Select PB Shipping API - USPS Account.
  6. Select its associated Shipper ID.
  7. Click Run.

The Postage Adjustment Report become available in version 8.22.00. If you do not see the Postage Adjustment Report available in the PB Shipping API - USPS report lists, contact software support.
