Refill postage for your Print on Envelopes balance as soon as you receive a message that your funds are getting low.
Before you begin
Check that your device is connecting to the internet.
- For wired network connections, the following connection image appears in the toolbar:
- If you have a wireless connection, the following connection image appears in the toolbar:
Watch this video or follow the instructions below to learn how to refill postage for printing on envelopes:
- Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
- Tap Postage Balance.
- Tap Refill Postage.
- Enter the amount of postage you wish to add.
- Tap Refill Mail Postage.
- Tap View Receipt to view or print a receipt.
- Tap Done.
- Your updated postage balance appears on the Print on Envelopes screen.
