Receiving and downloading postage refill receipts on the SendPro Mailstation

Use the Refill Receipt Preferences to enable receiving receipts by email on the SendPro Mailstation.

Receiving postage refill receipts by email

You can see your postage refill receipts at any time on SendPro Mailstation. Follow these steps if you want receipts emailed to you.

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Tap the right arrow to advance to the next page.
  3. Tap Reports.
  4. Tap Refill Receipt Preferences.
  5. Tap the switch for Email refill receipts to On.
  6. (Optional) To add additional emails for notification when a postage refill is set to occur, go to PitneyShip on a computer.
    1. Select Settings > Postage Refills
    2. Enter the email address in the Postage Refill Email field

Downloading postage refill receipts

You can download invoices for your postage refills. Follow these steps if you want to download receipts.

  1. Select Settings > Postage refill.
  2. Select the Postage tab.
  3. Select Invoice next to the refill transaction you want a receipt for.
