Removing expired packages in ParcelPoint Smart Lockers

You can free up lockers for additional reservations and drop-offs by removing expired packages.

You can free up lockers for additional reservations and drop-offs by removing expired packages. The mailroom administrator sets the amount of time a package can remain in a locker until it is considered an expired package.

Check to see which lockers have expired packages. You can then remove expired packages all at once or one locker at a time.

Viewing lockers with expired packages

  1. Tap the Log in icon on the Home screen. Follow the prompts to scan your code or enter your login details.

  2. Tap the menu icon.

  3. Tap Manage Lockers.

  4. Tap Expired.
  5. The kiosk screen displays all the expired lockers.

Open expired lockers

  1. Select the locker you want to open.
  2. To remove the packages, tap Remove Package twice. The system opens the locker door.
  3. Remove the package and close the locker door. The kiosk displays the locker as closed.
  4. Tap Done.
  5. If applicable, the kiosk shows the remaining expired lockers.
  6. Tap the Log in icon on the Home screen, then tap Log out.
