Managing recipient lists in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise
Products affected: PitneyShip®, PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise
You can select multiple recipients from your address book and save them in a named list. These lists can then be used to send a shipment of the same size, weight, and service to each of those users.
Note: Recipients lists cannot be used for international shipments.

Creating a recipient list
- Select Settings > Address Book.
- Select the Recipient Lists tab.
- Select Add Recipient List.
- Enter a Name for the list.
- Select Save and Add Recipients.
- Select the recipients you wish to add to this list.
- Select Save.
Editing a recipient list
If needed, you can change the members of a recipient list.
- Select Settings > Address Book.
- Select the Recipient Lists tab.
- Select the Edit Recipient List icon next to the list you wish to edit.
- Add or remove recipients from the list as needed.
- Select Save.
Deleting a recipient list
- Select Settings > Address Book.
- Select the Recipient Lists tab.
- Select the Delete Recipient List? icon next to the list you wish to delete.
- Select Yes, Delete List to confirm.
Preventing users from creating shared recipient lists (PitneyShip Enterprise only)
If needed, system administrators can prevent users from creating shared recipient lists. When this setting is enabled, users will only be able to create and edit private recipient lists. By default, this setting is disabled.
- Select Settings > Address Book.
- Select the Recipient Lists tab.
- Select Require all new recipient lists to be private.
