Sending Certified Mail on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Send Certified Mail if you need proof of delivery when using First-Class Mail or Priority Mail.

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Select Weighing to select desired weighing method.
3. Select Class.
4. Select either First Class or Priority Mail Retail.
5. Select your mailpiece size.
6. Select Certified.
7. If you would like to use the optional Return Receipt service, select Return Receipt.
8. Select OK.
9. Run the mailpiece through the meter.
10. Affix the top portion of the certified mail label (Form 3800) at the top of the envelope to the left of the postage, inscription, and meter ad.
    
11. If using the optional Return Receipt (Form 3811), affix the Return Receipt to the back of the envelope.
