Jobs overview on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

A job is a group of commonly-used settings. Jobs can store settings such as a postage class, an account and a graphic.

The default job is the job you use to store your most commonly used settings. After you restart your meter or after a period of inactivity, the meter restores the default job settings.

• Select Jobs from the Home screen to view a master list of the jobs on your meter.
• You can also manage your jobs or choose a job to run by selecting Run Mail on the Home screen.

Job options

The Options button at the bottom of the Jobs screen allows you to manage and edit your jobs.

• Rename job: You can rename the selected job. The job must be closed on the Run Mail screen before you rename it.
• Duplicate job: You can create a copy of the selected job.
• Delete job: Select this if you want to delete the selected job. The default job, library jobs, and jobs that have been locked cannot be deleted.
• Make this job the default job: Select this if you want to make the selected job the default job.
