Shipping an ecommerce order in SendPro Enterprise

Once your has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, users can ship orders in the ecommerce app.

Once your has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, users can ship orders in the ecommerce app. If you don't have the ecommerce app, contact your account representative.

  1. Open the ecommerce app.
  2. Search for the order you want to ship.
  3. Double-click on the order record. The shipping form will open and pre-fill the fields with data provided by the store.
  4. Complete the shipping form.
  5. Select Print. You are returned to the ecommerce order search form.
