Printing stamp sheets as a PitneyShip Cube user in the PitneyShip mobile app

By default, your PitneyShip Cube is set to print stamps on 4x6 roll labels. If you prefer to print stamp sheets, you'll need to use a separate Wi-Fi printer.

Products affected: PitneyShip™ Cube, PitneyShip® mobile app

By default, your PitneyShip Cube is set to print stamps on 4x6" roll labels. If you prefer to print stamp sheets, you'll need to use a separate Wi-Fi printer. You can change the print format setting in your print preferences.

Before you begin

  • Stamp sheets must be ordered separately through your Pitney Bowes account or an approved supplier.
  • A separate Wi-Fi-enabled printer is required to print stamp sheets, as the PitneyShip Cube is not compatible with sheet printing.

About stamp sheets

Stamps must be printed on compatible postage sheets, which are available in our online shop (item #SL-SPM11). Each stamp sheet has a unique serial number and contains 20 blank stamp stickers. PitneyShip keeps track of how many stamps you print with each serial number, so you do not have to use the entire sheet at once. Stamp sheet serial numbers are unique to each user's login and cannot be shared between different users.

The postage value printed is as-is and is not a USPS Forever Stamp. If USPS postal rates change, you can print a postage correction stamp, which can be used with an already printed stamp to add additional postage.
