The message "Did you forget your password?" displays when signing in to the Your Account portal. 


You have attempted to log in with an incorrect password more than 7 times. 


  1. Click the Reset your password link.
  2. Enter your email address and click Continue
  3. Select one of the two options to reset your password.
    • Answer my security question: Provide the answer to the security question you chose when creating your profile.
    • Email me to reset my password: An email with a link to reset your password will be sent. 
  4. Select Continue.
