Connecting your Wix store in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, or ShipAccel

You can add a Wix store to sync your Wix ecommerce orders with PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, or ShipAccel.

You can add a Wix store to sync your Wix ecommerce orders with PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, or ShipAccel. Only one Wix store can be added.

Note: If you're using the PitneyShip mobile app, you must first connect your Wix store using PitneyShip on a computer. Once your store is connected, your orders will sync in the PitneyShip mobile app.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your Wix account.

  • Username
  • Password

Adding your Wix account

  1. On the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Integration or + Add Store.
  2. Select the Wix icon.

  3. Select Connect Store.

  4. If you are not already logged in to your Wix account, and you see the Sign Up screen, select Log In.

  5. Sign in to your Wix account.

  6. Select Agree & Add to allow access to your Wix account data.Wix Agree & Accept button
  7. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
