Connecting your BigCommerce store in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can add a BigCommerce store to sync your BigCommerce ecommerce orders with PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.

You can add your BigCommerce store to sync your BigCommerce ecommerce orders with PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your BigCommerce account.

  • Store Hash: This is the part of your store URL after "store-". For example, if your store URL is store-to74zeskqu.mybigcommerce.com, the hash would be to74zeskqu.
  • Access Token: You must create a Store-level API account in your BigCommerce store settings in order to get this value. Refer to the BigCommerce help for more information.
  • Client ID: You must create a Store-level API account in your BigCommerce store settings in order to get this value. Refer to the BigCommerce help for more information.

Adding your BigCommerce account

  1. On the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Integration or + Add Store.
  2. Select the BigCommerce icon.

  3. Enter your Store Hash, Access Token, and Client ID and select Connect or Connect Store.

  4. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
