Setting up multi factor authentication (MFA) for Your Account

Sign in to your Account to set up multi factor authentication and have added protection for your online profile.

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
2. Select Your Account and click Password & Security.
3. Click Start Setup.
4. Click Sign Out to start the setup of MFA.
   • Important: MFA setup cannot be skipped once you sign out.
5. Sign in to Your Account.
6. Click Set Up for one of the two options:
   1. SMS Authentication:
      1. Click Setup .
      2. Enter your contact number and click Send Code.
      3. Enter the code sent to your phone and click Verify.
      4. Click Finish.
   2. Email Authentication: 
      1. Click Setup and enter the code emailed to you.
      2. Click Verify.
      3. Click Finish.

You can update or disable MFA at any point once you have registered.
