Printing summary receipts with labels in ShipAccel
You can choose to have a summary receipt print after each label and customize what information is included on them. Summary receipts are printed on a separate label from the label and label receipt.

You can choose to have a summary receipt print after each label and customize what information is included on them. Summary receipts are printed on a separate label from the label and label receipt.
- Go to Settings > Label Options.
- If you have multiple locations, select the Location for which you wish to change the settings. You will be able to copy the settings to additional locations later if needed.
- Select Use Summary Receipt to enable summary receipts.
- Select Always Print Summary Receipt after each shipping label if you wish to print a Summary Receipt after each shipping label by default.
- Select the Output Size.
- In the Form Label field, enter the text that will print at the top of the summary receipt.
- If you do not want the Pitney Bowes logo to be printed on your summary receipts, choose Hide Pitney Bowes logo.
- Choose the Primary Field. This is the text that will appear larger near the top of the label.
- If you choose Carrier/Tracking Number as the Primary Field, but you do not want the carrier name to be printed on your summary receipts, choose Hide Carrier Name.
- Under Standard Data and Additional Data, select the items you want to appear on the label. The system will warn you if you select too many options for the label size.
- Select Update.
- If you have multiple locations, the Apply Changes to Other Locations? window will appear. To copy the same settings to other locations, select them from the menu, then select Update # Location(s).
