You can add an Amazon store to sync your Amazon ecommerce orders with ShipAccel.
Before you begin
You will need the following information from your Amazon account.
- Username
- Password
Adding your Amazon account
- On the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Integration or + Add Store.
- Select the Amazon icon.
- Select Connect or Connect Store.
- Sign in to your Amazon seller account.
- On the Authorize CrescoData screen, review the data access that is required to access your Amazon orders. Check the box to agree and click Confirm. CrescoData is a Pitney Bowes app and the data will be shared with Pitney Bowes only.
- Click the checkbox to allow access to your Amazon account data and click Confirm.
- (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
