Setting up Direct Carrier Delivery in ParcelPoint Smart Lockers

You can configure your locker bank to allow carriers to drop off packages. You need to add a role to enable Direct Carrier Delivery.  Carrier deliveries appear in the Locker Activity Log.

1. Enable carrier drop off
2. Create a carrier code and print a QR code

Enable carrier drop off

Verify user role

1. Click Settings > My Settings > Roles.
2. Select the Edit icon ext to the role next you want to grant access to.
    
3. Scroll to ILP under Features.
4. Select Carrier DropOff.

Enable the function in locker settings

1. Click Settings > Lockers > General Settings.
2. Select a Location and Locker Bank.
3. Set the toggle under Package Drop off for Mailroom Direct Drop Off to ON.
4. Set the toggle under Package Drop off for Carrier Direct Drop Off to ON.

Create a carrier code

1. Select Settings > Lockers > Carrier Codes.
2. Click Create Carrier Code.
3. Enter a Carrier Name and six to ten digit Carrier Code.
4. Click Create.
5. (Optional) Click the QR code icon next to a carrier. Click Download or Print.
