Products affected: ShipAccel
What's New
Ship Orders Grid - Reprinting Shipping labels
This feature allows users to reprint shipping labels for selected orders in the Ship Orders Grid. Users can reprint labels for fulfilled orders by clicking the print button. For mixed fulfilled and unfulfilled orders, a checkbox labeled Reprint fulfilled orders will appear, requiring user acknowledgment. Reprints are allowed based on existing carrier limitations. If all selected orders are fulfilled, a Reprint Labels modal will appear with no changes to the Order History reprint functionality.
Seamless navigation between Orders
This feature allows users to navigate between previous and next orders directly from the Edit Order Details page, eliminating the need to return to the Orders grid.
Users can access their previous order by clicking the Previous button, but editing is only allowed for Unfulfilled and On Hold orders. Similarly, users can navigate to the next order using the Next button, with editing restricted to Unfulfilled and On Hold orders. If users encounter Shipped, Cancelled, or Fulfilled orders while navigating, they will be redirected to a read-only view of the Edit screen.
The Previous and Next buttons will be disabled if the user is on the first or last order in the Orders Grid, a Batch, or if they are editing a single order.
Quick steps:
- Select the order you wish to edit and click Edit.
- Click the expand arrows to open the Orders Details window.
- Select Previous to open the previous order, or select Next to open the next order.
New Customer Note field for Packing Slips
We've introduced a Customer Note field on the Edit Order screen for printing on packing slips. This new field will be added to the Additional Info section in the Edit Order screen and will have the same validation as the Internal Note. If the Customer Note is unavailable, the packing slip will use default text or a static message.
Quick steps:
- Select the order you wish to edit and click Edit.
- Add your note to the Customer Note field.
- Click Print to print the label, or click Save to save your changes.
Latest Updates
Changes to Bill To section
We've updated the Bill To section under Accounting and Reference. These changes apply to both domestic and international shipments.
The Bill To field is now divided into two parts: Shipping Cost (formerly Transportation Cost) and Duties and Taxes. For international shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express, users will see fields for Bill Shipping Cost To and Bill Duties and Taxes To.
For domestic shipments with UPS and FedEx, users will only see the Bill Shipping Cost To field. The default values for both fields will be Sender, but these can be updated as needed.
These changes apply to Non-PB Rate accounts.
Billing details will be visible under the Accounting and Reference section on the History page.
Quick steps:
- Complete the Sender, Recipient, Packaging, Rates and Services sections.
- For international shipments, provide the necessary International Shipment Details.
- Click Edit Bill To.
- Under the Bill Shipping Cost To section, select Sender, Recipient, or Third Party.
- (International shipments only) Under the Bill Duties and Taxes To section, select Sender, Recipient, or Third Party.
- If you selected Recipient, enter the Carrier Account Number for the Recipient's carrier account.
- If you selected Third Party, enter the Carrier Account Number, select the Country, and enter the ZIP code of the Third Party.
- Click OK.
New Test Print option when creating Shipping labels
We've added a new feature that allows users to print a test label before printing the actual label. A Test Print button is now available on the Create Shipping Label screen.
Ship Orders file size upload limit
We've implemented a 20MB file size limit when uploading an import orders file. If users try to upload files larger than 20MB, they will see an error message: "Maximum file size allowed is 20MB."
Skipping blank rows during file Import
This update ensures that rows with all null or blank values are skipped during file import without causing errors. If the uploaded file contains rows where all columns are blank, no orders will be created. Additionally, if any items are missing in the file, the import process will skip the item details for those orders.
Product images on Packing Slips
This feature allows product images to be included on packing slips for eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. The images will be displayed as thumbnails with specific size configurations. A checkbox for Item Image will be added for 8.5" x 11" slips, but it will be turned off for 4" x 6" previews.
Issues Fixed
There were no issued fixed in this release.
