What's New
Improved UPS International label printing with PitneyShip Cube
Previously, when users selected the 4" x 6.75" size for UPS International shipping labels, the PitneyShip Cube did not appear in the Select Printer menu. Now, the PitneyShip Cube will be visible under Print Options as the Pitney Bowes Printer and Scale. With the latest update, users can print UPS International labels in the 4" x 6.75" size using the PitneyShip Cube. Windows users must set their PitneyShip Cube settings to 4" x 6.75" print size, while Mac users do not need to make any changes.
Quick steps:
- In the Windows search box, type, printers and select Printers & scanners.
- Select the Pitney Bowes Printer and Scale.
- Select Printing preferences.
- On the Page Setup tab, select the drop-down menu under Stock.
- If 4 x 6.75 is present, select it.
- If 4 x 6.75 is not present, select New and create a new 4 x 6.75" size.
- Select OK.
When printing the label, make sure that 4 x 6.75 is selected from the Select Print Size menu.
