ShipAccel Release Notes version 1.113.0 (September 18, 2025)
Products affected: ShipAccel
What's New
Bill To field added for FedEx and UPS Pitney Bowes Rate accounts for international shipping
We’ve added a new Bill To section for international shipments using UPS and FedEx Pitney Bowes Rate accounts. It lets you choose who pays for duties and taxes, the sender, recipient, or a third party. Shipping costs are always billed to the sender and can’t be changed.
By default, duties and taxes are billed to the sender, but you can update this using the Edit Bill To button. Depending on the carrier and billing choice, you may need to enter account details:
- For FedEx, only the recipient or third party requires a carrier account number.
- For UPS, the recipient and third party require a carrier account number. Third-party billing also needs a country (defaulted to the recipient’s country) and a postal code.
Billing details will also appear on the History screen, showing who was charged and the account used.
New Setting to Control Order Search Behavior in Orders Grid
A new “Search Behavior” setting has been added to the Orders Grid, giving users more control over how the system responds when a search or SKU scan returns a single matching order.
Key Options Available in Admin Settings:
- Show result in Orders Table
- Show result in Sidebar
- Show result in Full Page View (default)
Benefits:
- Enhances flexibility and efficiency, especially for warehouse users using barcode scanners.
- Prevents automatic redirection to the Edit Order screen.
- Supports faster workflows like bulk printing, batch actions, and filtering.
Latest Updates
Marketplace fulfillment now supports partial updates
ShipAccel now supports sending only the unfulfilled quantities when updating order fulfillment to marketplaces. This helps prevent quantity mismatch errors and ensures smooth updates, especially for orders fulfilled by both ShipAccel and third-party systems.
SKU-Based sorting in Order Grid
ShipAccel now supports SKU-based sorting in the Orders Grid, making it easier to group and find similar orders. This helps warehouse teams and pickers batch orders more efficiently by placing orders with matching or similar SKUs next to each other, even if the SKUs are listed in different sequences.
To improve consistency, SKUs within each order are automatically sorted alphabetically during import, while the original item order is preserved in the order details view. Orders with partially matching SKUs will also appear closer together, though exact placement may vary.
Enhanced variant details in Order View
ShipAccel now displays full variant descriptions for each item in an order, including size and color options. This information is pulled directly from Shopify and eBay and shown under each item in the packaging section of the Order Detail View. This update makes it easier to identify custom product options and configurations during the fulfillment process.
Improved visibility of Unfulfilled quantities
ShipAccel now displays only the remaining unfulfilled quantity for each item across key areas like the Order Grid, Shipment Summary, Custom Label Form, and Packing Slip. This update helps prevent duplicate shipments by hiding items that have already been fulfilled through third-party platforms. Only the unfulfilled quantities will be shown, and fully fulfilled items will no longer appear in ShipAccel’s interface.
Display Shopify item properties
ShipAccel now supports importing and displaying item properties from Shopify for each line item in an order. A new Item Properties column has been added to both the Order Details View and Packing Slip List. This update makes it easy to view detailed product variations such as hand orientation, belt placement, and other custom configurations captured through Shopify apps.
