UPS PB Rates – Schedule and cancel Carrier pickup
This feature enables UPS PB Rates users to schedule and cancel pickups using a credit card as the payment method.
Pickup charges are clearly displayed at the time of scheduling, along with the pickup date and confirmation number. Users can view both scheduled and cancelled pickups, along with details such as total packages, pickup charges, and status. These details are pulled directly from UPS’s system to ensure accuracy.
All pickup charges are also reflected in the Payment Methods screen under the History tab, labeled as “Pickup.” If a pickup is cancelled, the full charge is refunded to the user.

Enhanced Order Detail view
ShipAccel now displays Internal Notes, Item Condition, and Variants from marketplace orders directly within the Order Detail view. These notes often include seller-specific instructions such as packing guidelines or post-sale reminders, which were previously only visible in the marketplace itself.
This enhancement provides better visibility and context during order fulfillment. Item conditions may include statuses like new, used, or refurbished, while variants can reflect differences in color, size, or material.
Latest Updates
USPS Harmonized System (HS) Code update for International Shipments
To comply with USPS regulations, the format for Harmonized System (HS) Tariff Codes, used for international shipments, has been updated. HS codes are required on customs forms (2976 CN22 and 2976-A/2976-B CP72) and must be included with item descriptions to ensure smooth customs clearance.
When creating a USPS shipment, the HS code must now meet specific validation rules:
- It must be between 6 and 12 characters, including periods (.).
- If the code is too short or too long, an error message, “Invalid HS code,” will appear below the input field.
To help users find the correct code, an info icon will appear next to the HS code field. Clicking it will direct users to the USPS Harmonized Tariff Schedule website, where they can search for the appropriate HS code based on the item being shipped.
Enhanced FedEx carrier pickup capabilities
We've improved the FedEx carrier pickup process to give users more flexibility and control. Users can now choose to schedule pickups for all shipments or limit their selection to those created within the past seven days. Additionally, shipments can be searched and selected using tracking numbers during the pickup scheduling process.
Pickup time slots are now displayed based on FedEx’s availability, allowing users to choose the most convenient option. A new Schedule Pickup button has also been added to the Shipment History screen, making it easy to schedule a pickup directly from individual shipment records.
Packing Slip visual enhancements
We have updated the Packing Slip layout to improve visibility of contents and enhance image quality.
