PitneyTrack Enterprise Release Notes version 1.118.0 (December 12, 2025)
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Enterprise
What's New
Web browser and mobile app: Autofill route
We’ve added a new Autofill Route option under the Receiving New section for users with the PitneyTrack Pro plan. This feature makes routing easier and is available based on role settings:
- Admin Role: Enabled by default, so administrators automatically have access.
- User Role: Visible but disabled by default, allowing admins to enable it when editing subscription roles.
- Custom Role: Also visible and disabled by default, giving admins flexibility to decide if it applies to their custom roles.
When enabled under your subscription role, selecting Assign Route on the Add/Edit Package page will automatically fill in the Route field based on the recipient’s office location and route mailstop configuration.
If the recipient’s office hierarchy (site, building, floor, and mailstop) matches an existing route stop, the system will populate the Route field with the corresponding route name. You can still choose a different route manually. If no match is found, the Route field remains blank for manual selection.
If your subscription role does not have Autofill Route enabled, the system will never auto-populate the Route field and will require manual entry. When multiple routes match the recipient’s location, the system selects the first route in the menu, but you can change it anytime.
Mobile app: Reset and remove manifest filters
We’ve added a Reset All button to the Manifest Filter page, making it easy to clear all applied filters and restore default values for Package Location and Received Date. When you click Reset All, the system automatically returns you to the Manifest list page.
Additionally, filter fields such as Department, Recipient, Given To, and Status now display a clear remove (X) icon whenever a filter is applied. This gives you instant visibility into active selections and allows you to remove individual filters with a single click.
Latest Updates
Mobile app: Retain manifest filters
The last selected filter options on the Manifest page will now be saved at the device level. When you log back in on the same device, whether using a Tracking Assistant or your own device, your previous filter selections will automatically appear.
If a different user logs in on the same device, or if you switch to a new device, the filters will reset to default. Filters also reset if device data is cleared or if you change the default site on the landing page.
