Support for USPS 6x4 IMb Labels
We’ve added support for USPS 6x4 Intelligent Mail® Barcode (IMb) labels within First Class Mail for letters and envelopes. Users can now print these labels directly from the Stamps screen, and they include tracking, which is automatically available in the History page under the USPS Stamps tab. Print settings for 6x4 labels can be managed under Stamp Options, and both sender and recipient addresses are required. These shipments are non-refundable, and no action buttons will appear in History for them. After a successful label is generated, the confirmation message includes a link to Shipment History for easy access. Additionally, the Envelope 6x4 label size option is now available in stamp settings for default printer setup.

Removed multi-piece shipments for UPS and FedEx PB Rate accounts
Multi-piece shipping is now disabled for UPS and FedEx PB rate accounts. As a result, the multi-piece tab on the Create Shipping Label screen will only show Non-PB Rate carrier accounts.
FedEx and UPS PB Rate Accounts for Business shippers
PitneyShip Enterprise users can now activate and use FedEx and UPS PB Rate accounts to streamline shipping. These accounts are provisioned and activated only by the Enterprise Admin; regular users cannot activate, modify, or change payment options. Carrier pickup is not supported for FedEx PB Rate accounts, and these accounts will not appear if a FedEx or UPS account is already configured. Activation can be done during rate shopping or through the Carrier Account onboarding screen.
Pre-requisites: USPS must be onboarded first, and a payment option must be added in the Payment Preferences screen before using FedEx or UPS PB Rate accounts.
