Understanding your Pitney Bowes Reserve (Deposit) account statement
Your Reserve Account is a prepaid deposit account used to fund postage and shipping expenses. Funds are securely held in an FDIC-insured account at The Pitney Bowes Bank Inc. You can use your available balance to download postage and pay for shipping services.
Statement terms
- A monthly statement is issued showing all payments, purchases, and account activity from the previous billing period.
- There is no minimum balance requirement for your account. However, available funds are required to download postage.
- A $5 monthly service fee may apply if your available balance falls below $500 during the statement period.
- The monthly service fee is waived when your available balance remains at or above $500 each day during the statement period.
- Deposits can be made to your account at any time.

- Deposits, Credits, and Other Activities
